Al-Ehsas Welfare Foundation has been running an employment initiative called the Al-Ehsas Rozgar Scheme for a long time. Under this scheme, the foundation provides free-of-cost employment opportunities by setting up complete small business units for deserving individuals. The aim is to help people stand on their own feet, educate their children, and improve their basic living conditions. Through this scheme, various projects are being implemented, including mini stalls, fruit stalls, dry fruit stalls, automation machines, sewing machines, oil/ration shops, chicken shops, and other small business projects. Al-Ehsas Welfare Foundation has been consistently providing these projects for many years, and new employment projects are launched every year to ensure the continuity and expansion of this initiative.
